Hi, my name is Trish and  I understand that life can be challenging and difficult at times - and hope can feel elusive. Having navigated many extreme challenges in my life, I understand, first hand, about the types of life circumstances that can overwhelm us and knock us off balance. I have  learned, both personally and professionally, key tools that are helpful for getting through challenging seasons.
